Coaching with Anita

Since every person is unique, every session is as well.
And as you heal, your sessions will change along the way.

My goal is to help people live healthy and authentic lives. 

In each session, I use a blend of life coaching and experiential exercises while teaching The Adult Chair® model. You will take away valuable information and guidance that you can use from day one. These tools and next steps are easy to apply, so your transformation can continue after our time together. 

The frequency of appointments is entirely up to you. Most people choose to meet every two weeks at first, some prefer once a week and an annual check-in works best for others.

Our sessions are tailored to meet your needs.

Our sessions are one hour long and can be held virtually from anywhere in the world. I am also able to meet in person in the Greater Nashville Area.
